Excellent Excursion, Communication, and Service! I initially reached out to Swanson via email to book taxi services to and from the Treetop Restaurant and Bar. Upon inquiry, Swanson responded very quickly with pricing and timing for taxi services. Swanson was on time and very friendly to take us to and from dinner. The next day, we booked Swanson to take us on a day excursion to the Tet Paul Nature Hike, the Sulphur Springs, and the Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens & Mineral Baths. For our excursion, Swanson’s colleague Devon took us on our day excursion. We were delighted to have waters, beer, and snacks packed for us when we entered the car. These three excursions were from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. We were going to stop in town for lunch but after the hike, baths, and walking around, my husband and I were tired and called it a day and asked Devon to take us back to our hotel. Devon was super nice and even took photos of us at the mud baths and stopped during our ride for a photo in between both Pitons. Our day excursion was a great experience. While you can book private taxi and excursions through your hotel, it felt good supporting Swansons business, giving our tourism to locals, and learning more about the country first handily from the people of St. Lucia. I would recommend booking your excursions, taxi, and airport transfers through Golden Ticket SLU! Thanks again, Swanson and Devon!

👍👍 Terrick our driver was phenomenal. Took us all over the soufferier area. We went to the mud baths, hotel chocolate, sugar Beach + the waterfalls. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, very accommodating. Also their pricing is competitive and fair. Highly recommended

Highly recommended We simply used the airport transfer service (and arrival Fast-track), but it was very professional, punctual, and Devon was a great driver, and person. Swanson was super-easy to communicate with, always responding really quickly.

100% recommend We booked our customized tour with Golden Ticket SLU while on vacation in St. Lucia. We were staying near Castries and did all our stops in the south end of the island. Devon our driver, arrived on time to pick us up and drove us the hour + to our stops. He was very knowledgeable on the area and answered any questions we had. Our stops included: - Diamond Botanical Gardens - Tet Paul Nature Hike - Drive in Volcano / Mud Baths - Sugar Beach We were so thankful we booked with them instead of trying to navigate the island ourselves. It was such an amazing experience. We did not feel rushed at any of the stops, we truly felt like we had a personal private driver. And the price is absolutely more than fair for the everything you get. When we return to St. Lucia we will be booking with them again.

The Best Tour Company Ever! OH MY GOD!!! Well what can I say about Swanson and Devon! Such amazing guys! We used Golden Ticket for our excursions and really could have not made a better choice especially after listening to other travellers complain about their tour company. Swanson was actually the 1st tour guide I spoke with from a face book review in Nov 2023 and in between I spoke with many others but I came back to Swanson as he had been super patient with me, explained everything in detail via WhatsApp or voice notes (fell off my chair when I heard his voice!). Over months I had asked him so many questions and he had been very honest too. They both really looked after us and no job was too big or too small. Highly recommend these guys! Private transportation We booked for private transportation to an excursion we had scheduled. Our driver was prompt, kind and informative! Extremely nice and well kept vehicle with cold air which is a great relief after a long day in the sun!

Fantastic taxi service We had a great experience with Terrick from Golden Ticket. He was knowledgeable, proactive, respectful, honest, and always on time!

Great option to get around St. Lucia Swanson was fantastic in guiding us around Soufriere. He was extremely easy to work with and knowledgeable about St. Lucia. We had a day touring around town and he also brought us to our airport departure. We really appreciated him going the extra mile and showing us where to get chicken roti on our way to the airport. His rates are reasonable and lower than if you booked directly through the resort.

10/10 would recommend! My husband and I appreciated Golden Ticket so much in St. Lucia! Swanson made getting around a blast, safe, and easy. He was very informative, punctual, and friendly! He always made sure he was there and on time or had Devon come get us when he couldn't (happened one-time). Devon was great as well and he too was fun and safe! Swanson helped us a lot while we were down there by answering questions on restaurants, churches, times that places were open, and so much more. He stay in touch with us during the trip and made sure we were on the same page. He went far and beyond for us and made us feel very welcomed! Point is, if you want to get anywhere safe, efficiently, and still have a good time, choose Golden Ticket SLU. They will not disappoint you at all and you will be taken care of while you're with them. P.S. Swanson does have water and Piton (beer) in his vehicle to mare sure you are hydrated. Definitely the best I had been doing a ton of research for our first time to St. Lucia and reached out to a few tour guides. This one continued to ease my worries and wanted us to be able to do and see what we wanted. Swanson was so patient with me, Jahleel and Emery made it extra fun for my 18yo daughter.
